By submitting a booking enquiry, paying a deposit, or boarding a sampanena vessel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding on all members of your party.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement. Minors may participate in charters only under the supervision of a responsible adult who has accepted these Terms.

3. Service Description

sampanena provides crewed yacht charter services from Marina at Keppel Bay, Singapore. Our three charter packages are:

Charter availability is subject to vessel condition, weather, and crew availability. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary for safety or operational reasons.

4. Booking and Payment

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total charter fee is required to confirm a booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by sampanena.

Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the charter departure date. Failure to settle the balance by this date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Currency

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major credit cards. A surcharge may apply to card payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Guest

Weather Cancellation

If sampanena cancels or reschedules a charter due to weather conditions or safety concerns, guests will be offered a full rescheduling at no additional charge or a full refund of amounts paid. No cancellation fees apply in such circumstances.

Cancellation by sampanena

We reserve the right to cancel a charter in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

sampanena reserves the right to refuse departure or terminate a charter early if a guest's conduct poses a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7. Health and Medical

Guests with medical conditions relevant to sea travel should consult a medical professional before booking. Guests are responsible for declaring relevant conditions prior to departure. sampanena is not a medical service provider and cannot provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sampanena website — including text, images, and design — is the property of sampanena Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

sampanena takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. However, maritime activities carry inherent risks. We are not liable for:

10. Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify sampanena against claims, losses, or costs arising from their own conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms during a charter.

11. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued booking or use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
